Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel appointment 24 hours before appointment will result in a 50 % of remaining balance being charged with card on file. Failure to be able to process cancelation fee will result in ban from booking site. Deposit is non refundable, only transferable! All no call no shows will result in client being banned from all future services. No exceptions.
