Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel appointment 24 hours before appointment will result in a 50 % of remaining balance being charged with card on file. Failure to be able to process cancelation fee will result in ban from booking site. Deposits are non refundable, and can only be transferred once! All no call no shows will result in client being banned from all future services. No exceptions. Rescheduling the SAME day as your appointment is the same as cancellation!
